Of course, the entire wellness facilities of the of the Feel good Resort Johannis can you use for free. The generous outdoor infinity-garden pool in the middle of the mediterranean relaxing garden is open from May to October.For colder days, relax in the in the indoor panorama pool. Little Lagoon, the pleasant separate children’s area with cosy family nests, perfect for our kids. With a breathtaking panorama it’s also great to sweat. Discover our small sauna variety – made just for you. Our offer ranges from the finnish garden sauna to the 60° bio sauna. We also have an infrared cabin with radiant heat for your joints and spine. Massages as well as sports offers are also available for you.

INFORMATION

FOR YOUR HOLIDAY IN THE CHALET COLLIS

You can use all the facilities of the Feel good Resort Johannis free of charge from April to November.

  • Both chalets are fully furnished and have a private whirlpool and sauna as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
  • On the day of arrival, the chalet is available from 2 pm. If you arrive after 7.00 p.m, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • On the day of departure we ask you to leave the chalet by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Please inform us in advance about possible intolerances and allergies.
  • You can pay the hotel bill in cash (banknotes) or by credit cards (except for American Express Express and Diners).
  • For a binding fixation of reservations, we request a deposit for confirmation of 30 % of the total amount by bank transfer.
  • In addition to the price of the overnight stay, we charge a local tax of € 2.50 per day and person over 14 years of age.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
There is no right of cancellation as defined in the Consumer Protection Code (Notice under Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation of your room reservation is only possible free of charge until 30 days before the date of arrival free of charge;
    In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a voucher for the deposit paid. The deposit will only be charged against this voucher.
  • Within 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total stay will be charged.
  • Within 7 days before arrival, 90 % of the booked stay will be charged.
  • Our recommendation is a travel cancellation insurance.
  • We have reserved a garage parking space for you free of charge.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • You are welcome to recharge your electric car at our e-charging station (for a fee). (subject to a charge).
